Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.obstructive azoospermia;All three semen analyses showed azoospermia. 2.Proposed vas deferens epididymal anastomosis surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.absence of epididymis; 2.testicular spermatogenic dysfunction; 3.cryptorchidismc; 4.absence of vas deferens in scrotal segment;
