Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Insomnia group: a. Through diagnostic interviews for sleep patterns and sleep disorders (DISP), it meets the diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorders in the International Classification of Sleep Disorders, 3rd edition (ICSD-3); b. According to the Mini International Neuro Psychiatric Interview (M.I.N.I.) Chinese version 7.0.2 structured interview examination, other mental illnesses were excluded; c. Age >= 18 years old; d. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score = 8 points; e. Sign informed consent. Normal group: a. According to the DISP structured interview examination, it does not meet the diagnostic criteria of ICSD-3 insomnia disorder; b. Age >= 18 years old; c. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insomnia group and Normal group: a. Patients with combined physical and organic brain diseases, including significant visual and auditory impairments, chronic pain, neurological disorders, etc; b. Other sleep disorders include excessive daytime sleepiness, abnormal sleep, sleep related respiratory diseases, sleep related movement disorders, or sleep circadian rhythm disorders.
