Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:a. Patients with head, neck and maxillofacial malignant tumors. b. After extended resection of the primary lesion, the tissue defect is large and cannot be sutured directly. The preoperative evaluation shows that the size of the free forearm flap cannot repair the defect in the surgical area.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria:a. The estimated tissue defect in the surgical area is less than 5.0cm×4.0cm. b. There is a history of surgery or trauma on both lower limbs.
