Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.In hypertensive patients aged 60 years or older, 2.ASA grade II, 3.BMI?30Kg/m2, 4.Elective general surgery, urology, orthopedics general anesthesia and who require transoral tracheal intubation after induction of anesthesia 5.Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose laryngoscopic epiglottis cannot be exposed (Cormack-Lehane grade 4) 2.Have mental and neurological disorders 3. Patients with a difficult airway or judged to have a difficult tracheal intubation: abnormal upper airway anatomy, open mouth <3 cm and a clear history of previous difficult airway intubation. 4.The function of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs is obviously abnormal 5.Poor hypertension control, 6.thyroid disease 7.Allergic history and contraindication of narcotic drugs 8.Patients who refused to participate in this study and other interventional studies
