Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female, who has signed an informed consent form before any study procedures are performed; 2.Age 18 years or older; 3.Diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) according to the 2023 GOLD strategy and the 2021 Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of COPD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects who are in a clinical condition of acute exacerbation or active phase of any disease, including but not limited to: myocardial infarction, stroke, or shock within the past 3 months; severe cardiac instability, angina, massive hemoptysis, or major seizure within the past 4 weeks; pneumothorax or large pulmonary bulla not planned for surgical treatment; tympanic membrane perforation; closed drainage after pneumothorax or empyema; uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 200 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg); heart rate > 120 beats per minute; 2.Patients who are unable to complete the questionnaire assessment (including those who are illiterate and cannot express their opinions through alternative means, or cannot understand the questionnaire questions); 3.Those who have been diagnosed with an aortic aneurysm; 4.Pregnant women.
