Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis was made based on two of the three criteria in the 2003 Rotterdam Criteria: clinical manifestations or biochemical indicators of hyperandrogen (HA), polycystic ovarian changes (PCO) indicated by B-ultrasound, and irregular menstruation (thin ovulation/anovulation). Control group: Patients with tubal infertility or male infertility caused by matching age and BMI (18.5 = BMI<25 kg/m2). Ovulation regularity, no hirsutism or acne, normal ovarian morphology on ultrasound examination, no personal or family history of infertility, and no other inflammatory chronic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age =40 years BMI>25 kg/m2 Karyotype abnormalities were found in chromosomes Androgen secreting tumor, hyperprolactinemia Autoimmune disease, functional hypothalamic amenorrhea Uterine malformation and intrauterine adhesion Other inflammatory states Combined with other infectious diseases Use of hormonal drugs in the last 3 months
