Asynchronous group:two people standing side by side step separately.
Synchronization group:The legs with the same body structure step in the same way, that is, the left leg of the two people step in the same way, the right leg also step in the same way.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Have never been in touch with step exercise before; (2) All participants were right-handed; (3) Normal vision or corrected to normal; (4) Participants have no history of neurological or psychiatric disorders.
