Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the criteria of the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China" and the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage in China" include those who are newly diagnosed with ischemic stroke or cerebral hemorrhage, aged between 45 and 80 years; have a disease duration of less than 6 months, and are in a stable condition. Additionally, during the assessment process, patients should be able to understand and follow verbal instructions, with a score greater than 25 on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE). They must also be able to walk under supervision or independently for at least 30 seconds and be willing to cooperate with treatment and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with neurological or musculoskeletal disorders that may affect the outcomes (e.g., stroke or Parkinson's disease); Subjects who have participated in drug testing or other clinical trials within the last three months; Individuals with significant cognitive impairment, language disorders, visual impairments, or vestibular dysfunction.
