Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with primary or metastatic head and neck cancer who meet the diagnosis of cancer pain and conventional pain management is ineffective (=200mg/d morphine or its equivalent is ineffective orally) or have intolerable side effects; ? Those who meet the surgical indications for intrathecal implantation of morphine pump; ? NRS score = 6 (out of 10) on the Digital Pain Scale; ? Age = 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Combined with serious systemic infections, cerebrospinal fluid circulation disorders, the installation of pacemakers; ? Confused, unable to describe their own physical sensations, unable to cooperate with the treatment; ? Inability to tolerate anesthesia and morphine pump implantation surgery, such as severe heart, lung, liver and other major organ insufficiency or severe coagulation disorders; (iv) Those who are allergic to the drugs used in the study.
