Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? neuropathy at or after the diagnosis of diabetes; (2) age between 18 and 70 years old; (3) right-handed; ? The clinical symptoms and signs were consistent with the manifestations of DSPN; There were symptoms or signs of DSPN along with abnormalities in nerve conduction studies or small-fiber nerve function tests. (5) without the claustrophobic, willing to in the group, MRI after 3 months and 6 months. (6). Willing to not drink alcohol within half a year. ? Junior high school or above, with reading and writing ability. Willing to stop using neuropathic pain medication before MRI scans.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? History of recurrent severe hypoglycemia, hypoglycemia unconsciousness; ?History of cervical and lumbar vertebrae (nerve root compression, spinal stenosis, cervical and lumbar degeneration); ? cerebral infarction; ? Guillain-Barre syndrome;?Severe arteriovenous vascular lesions (venous embolism, lymphangitis);?Vitamin B12 deficiency; ? Viral infection (such as human immunodeficiency virus, etc.); ? Neurotoxic effect caused by chemotherapy drugs and renal insufficiency caused by metabolic poisons to nerve injury history.
