TXA group:The subject received intravenous injection of TXA (1g) 10 minutes prior to skin incision
placebo group:The subject received intravenous injection of placebo (10ml (1g) of 0.9% sodium chloride injection) 10 minutes before the skin incision

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Twin pregnancies with high risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage (prior history of postpartum hemorrhage, combined hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, estimated weight of the twins over 5kg, placenta praevia) were delivered by elective cesarean section at a gestational age of =34 weeks, and informed consent was obtained
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: contraindications to oxytocin and/or tranexamic acid (such as hypersensitivity), known background of thrombophilia or coagulopathy, history of thromboembolic events, severe cardiac, renal or liver disease, one of the twins died in utero, antenatal diagnosis of placenta accreta spectrum (PAS), severe pre-eclampsia or eclampsia, one of the twins was delivered vaginally, history of epilepsy or seizures, planned general anesthesia
