Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Case group: Inclusion criteria: 1) Clinical diagnosis of oral candidiasis; 2) Microscopic examination detected Candida hyphae or salivary Candida culture identified Candida spp. 3) Whole genome exome sequencing to detect pathogenic gene mutations; 4) voluntary participation and written informed consent signed by the subjects. (2) Control group: Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with a clinical diagnosis of a hyperplasia or pigmented nevus of the tongue and whose treatment plan is surgical excision; 2) Subjects voluntarily participated and signed a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Case group: 1)Those who had received systemic antifungal medication within 30 days or topical antifungal medication within 2 weeks prior to the visit; 2) Unwilling participants. (2) Control group: 1) Those with contraindications to surgery; 2) Unwilling participants.
