Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inindications for laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy 2.Age: 18-65 years old 3.ASA grade-grade 4.BMI=30kg/m²

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Tabdication of stellate ganglion block: bleeding tendency, long-term use of antiplatelet and anticoagulants 2.Patients with severe medical diseases: liver and kidney insufficiency, severe ischemic heart disease, symptomatic arrhythmia or cardiac function grade 3-4, and severe respiratory dysfunction 3.Patients with complicated immune diseases or patients with immunosuppression 4.A history of previous gastrointestinal surgery 5.Long-term use of opioids 6.History of mental illness 7.Cervical tumor, neck puncture site infection, or anatomical structural variations such as mass packing and tracheal displacement 8.Allergic to anesthetic drugs such as ropivacaine
