60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 60 years, no gender, voluntary participation and signed informed consent; complete clinical data to complete the visit; (2) chest surgery patients; ASA grade ?-?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) refusal to participate in the study; (2) inability to communicate due to coma, severe dementia, or language impairment; (3) history of specific causes such as drugs, alcohol, or significant mental illness (e. g., bipolar disorder, schizophrenia); (4) severe heart, kidney, liver, gastrointestinal, infectious, endocrine disease, or cancer; (5) history of neurological disease (e. g., traumatic brain injury, stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis) or signs of cognitive decline (e. g., mild cognitive impairment, dementia);
