Group A:D-WALL visual feedback neuromuscular control training: Under the feedback of D-WALL, the patient began to perform trunk rotation, alternating rotation, and bilateral lateral one-legged swing a
Group B:Neuromuscular control training: Patients began trunk rotation, alternating rotation, and bilateral lateral one-legged swing at 4 weeks, lunges or Bosu ball or balance board exercises at 6 week
Group C:Regular thrapy: Patients undergo rehabilitation treatment in our outpatient clinic 3 times a week, and the treatment is completed by therapists with 2 years of experience in orthopedic rehabil

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 2024.1-2025.6 patients who underwent outpatient treatment in our department 2-3 weeks after ACL reconstruction, aged 18-40 years old, reconstructed by autologous tendon ACL transplantation, certain exercise habits, Tegner score > 5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: combined with lower limb fractures, multiple ligament injuries, patellar cartilage injuries, etc.; history of joint infection; comorbid with other neurological diseases; Previous history of severe metabolic or neurological disease.
