Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients who were diagnosed as thyroid nodules in the five research center from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022 2: Patients who received preoperative or postoperative NGS-18/ PCR-8 gene test for thyroid nodules 3:Age=18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients who suffered from a secondary primary cancer at the same time 2: Patients with the history of other malignant tumors for less than 5 years
