Age
25 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 25-65 years who are diagnosed as high-risk HPV positive by HPV genotyping test; 2) Patients with VAIN (including VAINI/II/III) confirmed by colposcopy-guided histopathological biopsy of vaginal wall biopsy; 3) Patients who have not received any other treatment within the previous 2 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients whose cytological and histological examinations show malignant cells or suspected cancerous changes and cancerous infiltration; 2) Patients with severe pelvic inflammatory disease, cervicitis, vaginitis, or other severe gynecological inflammation found in clinical examination; 3) Patients with undiagnosed vaginal bleeding; 4) Patients with allergy to drugs used in this study or known porphyria; 5) Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 6) Patients with severe organic diseases, psychiatric disorders, autoimmune diseases or immunosuppression. 7) Patients with a combination of other systemic malignancies.
