45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Aged 45-80 years; (2)Clinical diagnosis of idiopathic Parkinson's disease; (3)Hoehn and Yahr (H&Y) stage of 1–3; (4)Stabilization of antiparkinsonism medication taken during the study phase;(5)Able to walk independently and understand simple commands;(6)Patients and relatives gave informed consent to the study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Score of less than 23 on the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE);(2)A past medical history of disorders affecting the nervous system, heart, or spine that could compromise postural stability;(3)Have significant cognitive impairment(Abbreviated Mental Test Score <6 [range, 0-10]);(4)Have a crippling ailment other than Parkinson's disease (eg, hearing or visual impairment)
