P-30 group:the P-30 group received 30 minutes of active warming in the waiting area using a full-body warming blanket (Bair Hugger Model 300 Full Body Blanket) with the heater (WarmTouch Model WT-775)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years old;(2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Classification: Class I-III;(3) Patients undergoing transurethral surgery in urology;(4) Diagnosed with urinary stones based on B-mode ultrasound, CT, or intravenous pyelography reports;(5) Anesthesia method: General anesthesia;(6) Surgical position: Lithotomy position;(7) Patients capable of normal communication;(8) Informed consent obtained from patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with diseases of the ear canal and the nose; (2) patients requiring gastric tube or feeding tube placement before or during surgery; (3) diabetes associated with multiple neuropathy, hypothyroidism and other diseases affecting body temperature regulation; (4) anaesthesia time less than 30 minutes or more than 3 hours; (5) pregnant women or mentally ill patients.
