Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study includes Chinese folk artists aged 18 years and above. Participants must complete the informed consent form and agree to participate in the study of their own volition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to participate in long-term follow-up. Unable to answer questions because of linguistic or cognitive difficulty.
