Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) Age >90d, <18y; (ii) Clinical diagnosis of acute respiratory tract infection; (iii) Fever =38°C, duration of illness =7 days; (iv) Complete clinical case data; (v) Complete informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) Patients who have been clearly identified as having viral infections; (ii) Patients with suspected or confirmed bacterial infections (urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, osteomyelitis, bacterial pneumonia, bloodstream infections, etc.); and (iii) Those with imperfect clinical data.
