Experimental group:After completing the hemorrhoidectomy, the experimental group will receive sclerotherapy with 3% polidocanol foam
Control group:only completing the excisional hemorrhoidectomy

18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients age between 18 to 75 years and diagnose with IV-degree hemorrhoids according to Goligher classification. All patients schedule for open excisional hemorrhoidectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart disease, immune system disease; coagulopathy or receiving anticoagulant therapy; history of anal surgery; patients with inflammatory bowel disease or anal fistula; known allergy to polidocanol.
