Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of China Dysphagia Assessment and Treatment Expert Consensus (2017 Edition):(Any of the following conditions can be met) a,the Water Swallow Test are classified as Grade III -V; b,the Water Swallow Test are classified as Grade II and the standardized Swallowing Assessment (SSA) score>18; 2. those who aged = 60 years ; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Merge with other diseases can definitely cause swallowing disorders, such as neurological diseases, oropharyngeal, esophageal and other organic diseases.; 2.Merge with other serious systemic diseases; 3. Having severe cognitive, hearing or visual impairments that unable to cooperate with swallowing assessment and training; 4.Having a history of cervical spine disease, neck and temporomandibular joint pain, vestibular dysfunction, etc., who are unable to tolerate swallowing training. 5.those who are temporarily residing or intending to move in a short term
