Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of the recruited subjects were: living in Shanghai, aged 18-35, owning a smartphone, being identified as a problematic mobile phone user by the short version of the problematic mobile phone Use Scale (SPAI-SF score =24), being able to invite a significant other meeting the inclusion criteria (such as partner, friend, etc.) to participate in the project, having no cognitive disorders, knowing and agreeing to participate in the project. The age criteria were selected on the basis of the qualitative survey. Significant others were included: aged 18-60, owned a smartphone, had no cognitive disorders, had informed and consented to participate in the program, and lived in Shanghai during the 2-month period of the intervention. It is not required that significant others must be young people and problematic mobile phone users.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1, age 35 years old; 2. Residence is not in Shanghai; 3. Non-problematic mobile phone users were judged by the short version of the problematic mobile phone Use scale (SPAI-SF score < 24); 4. Suffer from other cognitive diseases.
