Control group:extended endoscopic sinus surgery, the operation was performed by middle turbinectomy
Observation group:extended endoscopic sinus surgery, the operation preserves part of the middle turbinaten

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Referring to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis , all patients were diagnosed with CRS; (2) Type 2 inflammatory CRS : All patients had EOS infiltration (EOS>10 tissues in high-power visual field), that is, eCRS; (3) Patients aged 18-50 years; (4) Patients meet EESS surgical indications; (5) All patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Abnormal nasal function or smell caused by other causes before surgery; (2) Patients with a history of nasal surgery or craniocerebral surgery; (3) Patients with malignant tumors; (4) Patients with coagulation disorders; (5) During pregnancy or lactation; (6) Patients with heart, kidney and lung dysfunction; (7) Poor compliance can not complete the interview.
