Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old, male and female; 2. According to the 2023 Chinese Lipid Management Guidelines, the patient is at low to moderate risk of ASCVD (10-year ASCVD risk less than 10-year risk of ASCVD is less than 10%); 3. patients with hyperlipidemia with substandard LDL-C according to the Chinese Lipid Management Guidelines 2023; 4. Not using statin or other lipid-lowering drugs (including and not limited to fibrates, niacin, PCSK9 inhibitors, cholesterol absorption inhibitors, etc.) within 28 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Renal insufficiency (both acute and chronic), eGFR 2 times the upper limit of normal); 3. Previous statin intolerance. 4. Other unsuitable diseases such as malignant tumors. 5. Secondary causes of hyperlipidemia: e.g. hypothyroidism, nephrotic syndrome
