Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College students aged 18 to 25 years old. He was healthy and had no serious cardiovascular, respiratory, or metabolic diseases. No serious mental illness or mental disorders. In the past half a year did not participate in the system's physical exercise plan. They were willing and able to participate in all experimental sessions and were able to maintain a relatively stable lifestyle during the experiment. Sign the informed consent and agree to abide by the rules.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe cardiovascular, respiratory, or metabolic disease. Individuals with serious mental illness or disorder. Have participated in a systematic physical exercise program within the past six months. Individuals with allergic reactions or discomfort to experimental equipment or experimental content. Failed to sign a consent form or unwilling to participate in all the link of the individual. Individuals who were unable to maintain a relatively stable lifestyle during the experimental period.
