65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients requiring unilateral initial TKA surgery; 2. Age: 65~80 years old; 3. Body mass index:18~35 kg/m2; 4. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification (anesthesia risk assessment) is I ~ III level; 5. The patient signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. other surgeries on the same knee; 2. allergy to the drugs used in this study or opioid abuse; 3. contraindications to nerve block; 4. infection at the puncture site; 5. coagulation disorders; 6. severe cardiac, cerebral, hepatic, renal, and central nervous system disorders; 7. communication disorders; 8. planned admission to the ICU after the operation.
