Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pulmonary tuberculosis patients requiring fiberoptic bronchoscopy examination;2.American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) class I-II; 3.Age between 18 and 65 years old (including 18 and 65 years old, regardless of gender);4.Operation time = 30 minutes;5.Blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) >90% when inhaling air into the room;6.Can effectively communicate with doctor.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals allergic to anesthetic drugs (lidocaine, propofol, or ciprofol);2.Individuals with acute myocardial infarction,Malignant arrhythmia and Hemodynamic instability;3.Difficult airway;4.Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrom OSAS;5.Individuals with Obvious bleeding tendency;6.Intestinal obstruction and retention of gastric contents;7.BMI>30kg/m2 ;8.Individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental illnesses;9.Reject the tester during the test. .
