18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-65 years, male; ASA class I-III; BMI 18 ~ 25 kg·m-2; Holmium laser lithotripsy of ureteral calculi under elective general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those with mental illness, abnormal cognitive function, chronic pain disease, long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs or alcohol abuse; ? Severe liver and kidney disease (child Pugh grade C, requiring renal replacement therapy); ? Severe bradycardia (HR 3 times or 24h urination > 8 times); ? Those who have allergies or contraindications to the drugs used in the study.
