Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age =40 years old, male or female; ? There is evidence of HP infection (such as positive breath test, positive serology test, positive histology test) and ME-NBI endoscopy is required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed or highly suspected gastric cancer or other gastrointestinal malignancies; (2) Have a history of gastric surgery or other operations that affect gastric function; (3) Have serious heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction or other serious systemic diseases; (4) There are factors that affect the clarity of gastric mucosa, such as heavy smoking, drinking, taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, etc. (5)Have received HP eradication therapy or other antimicrobial therapy in the past month; (6)Pregnant or lactating women.
