Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-pregnant healthy adult women: healthy women aged 20-28 years, BMI18.5-23.9, right-handed, respiratory self-assessment questionnaire (SEBQ) less than 25; The manual evaluation of the respiratory movement in natural breathing mode had a percentage value of 50-60, a balance value less than plus or minus 5, and a history of abortion and surgery was denied; Post-delivery women: 20-28 years old primipara, respiratory self-assessment questionnaire (SEBQ) = 25; Manual evaluation of respiratory movement in natural breathing pattern thoracic movement percentage value greater than 80 or less than 30, balance value greater than plus or minus 20, pregnant BMI 18.5-23.9, right-handed, full-term vaginal delivery, postpartum 42 days to 6 months, fetal weight less than 4KG, postpartum abdominal circumference less than 90cm, no vaginal delivery. Degree I or less perineal laceration, accompanied by respiratory dysfunction, can receive respiratory training to obtain informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have respiratory disease; History of chronic metabolic disease; Tumor history; Surgical history; Mental, neurological, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases; Pregnancy with hypertension, diabetes and other complications; Twins; Non-full-term delivery; Spinal rib and other musculoskeletal congenital malformation; Hearing, speaking, reading and writing disabilities; Congenital muscular fascia tension caused serious decline in joint motion.
