Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-80; (2) Acute ischemic stroke was confirmed by head CT, MRI or DWI; (3) Patients with acute ischemic stroke: including anterior circulation and posterior circulation acute cerebral infarction; (4) NIHSS score of 6-24; (5) Within 24 hours after the onset of the disease (if the onset time is unknown, it means within 24 hours after the last normal data); (6) Subjects give informed consent, participate voluntarily, and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) NIHSS>25; (2) ASPECTS24 hours; (4) Complicated with serious internal diseases: patients with cardiac pacemaker implantation, severe debilitation of heart, lung, liver and kidney functions, malignant tumors, various hemorrhagic diseases, coagulation disorders, acute infectious diseases, febrile diseases, women's menstrual period or pregnancy, etc.; (5) Patients who are participating in other clinical studies; (6) Patients who are allergic to butylphthalein; (7) contraindicated magnetic resonance examination.
