30 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 30 and 60 years old. The study eye of the patient has not undergone any previous intraocular or extraocular surgery. Patients who are recently planning to have surgery for strabismus, amblyopia, or pterygium. Patients who have previously undergone glaucoma filtration surgery and are in need of filtration tract reconstruction due to scarring in the recent period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of previous ophthalmic surgery, Suffering from severe acute or chronic ocular diseases such as uveitis, History of malignant tumors, Acute ocular inflammation and autoimmune diseases, Patients with recurrent pterygium, Use of immunosuppressive drugs such as corticosteroids within the past 3 months.
