Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 14 years old; 2) The diagnosis of HCM was defined according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy 2023 as follows: Left ventricular end-diastolic wall thickness =15mm detected by echocardiography or magnetic resonance imaging. Positive genetic testing for pathogenic mutations or family members with hypertrophy indicating a wall thickness of =13 mm are also diagnostic. Other cardiovascular diseases, systemic or metabolic conditions leading to ventricular wall thickening must be excluded. 3) New York Heart Association (NYHA) class I-III; 4) Patients consent to enrollment and agree to undergo the FAPI PET/CT examination by signing an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Presence of medical events that may influence collagen synthesis biomarkers (previously diagnosed fibrosis of other organs such as lung, kidney, liver, cardiac inflammation, heart tumors, or a history of cardiac surgery within the last 6 months) and those with a life expectancy of less than 1 year. 2) underwent ventricular septal capacity reduction treatment (including medical intervention and surgical treatment) and patients with various cardiac surgery (coronary artery bypass surgery, valve replacement, treatments of congenital heart disease, etc.); 3) state of implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) heart implant or accepted the ICD therapy; 4) complicated with coronary heart disease, primary valvular disease, congenital heart disease; 5) Unable to cooperate with FAPI PET/CT examination or MRI examination; 6) Current pregnancy or lactation; 7) Use of other investigational drugs at the time of enrollment.
