18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Male or female subjects aged between 18 and 65 years 2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) anesthesia grade I-III 3) Plan to receive thyroid cancer surgery 4) General anesthesia under endotracheal intubation 5) Sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have undergone thyroid cancer surgery in the past 2) Patients who have been diagnosed with other malignant tumors in the past or have other malignant tumors present at the same time 3) Untreated ischemic heart disease and other severe cardiovascular diseases 4) Preoperative electrocardiogram shows the presence of heart conduction block 5) Acute or chronic respiratory failure, severe asthma, pulmonary bullae, pneumothorax, emphysema, bronchopleural fistula, etc 6) Previously diagnosed with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other mental disorders 7) Cannot accept follow-up 8) Having difficulties in listening, speaking, reading, and writing 9) Allergies to dexmedetomidine, propofol, rocuronium, remifentanil, or other anesthetic ingredients
