18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) Players participating in the same training session are from the same team; (ii) No injury or illness reported one month before the study and during the study; (iii) No physical or cognitive disease reported; (iv) No drugs reported; (v) No alcohol reported one month before the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) No regular presence of participants in training sessions; (ii) Participants fell ill or injured during the study period.
