Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Elderly non-cardiac surgery patients =65 years old ? Patients meeting the indications for niacinamide use a) Arrhythmias associated with coronary heart disease, viral myocarditis, rheumatic myocarditis and a few digitalis poisoning; b) heart block; ?ASA I-III; ? Voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Refused to participate in the study ? There were mental and nervous system diseases before operation; ? Lack of preoperative cooperation and communication barriers; ? Serious heart, brain, liver and kidney dysfunction
