Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who meet the above diagnostic criteria and are in the stage of postoperative gastric cancer II or III and the adjuvant therapy has been finished, taking the traditional Chinese medicine of Yiqi and Spleen Formula for =14 days; 2. those who are willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent; 3. patients who are conscious and free of psychiatric and other organic diseases; 4. patients who have normal verbal communication and cooperate in filling out the questionnaire and the questionnaire is valid.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. obvious aphasia and cognitive dysfunction; 2. poor physical condition, combined with chronic diseases of the immune system, taking antibiotics, hormones and other drugs for a long time; 3. patients with poor compliance, not taking Chinese medicine regularly, and unable to cooperate with this study;
