Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Community-onset; ? Pneumonia-related clinical manifestations: 1) newly developed cough, sputum, or worsening of existing respiratory disease symptoms, with or without purulent sputum, chest pain, dyspnea, and hemoptysis; 2) fever; 3) signs of pulmonary consolidation and/or moist rales; 4) chest imaging examination showing new patchy infiltration shadows, lobar or segmental consolidation shadows, ground-glass shadows, or interstitial changes, with or without pleural effusion; 5) pneumonia initially diagnosed at Beijing Children's Hospital; 6) complete clinical information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients suspected or confirmed of bacterial infection in other parts of the body (urinary tract infection, skin and soft tissue infection, osteomyelitis, bloodstream infection, etc.);? Patients with incomplete clinical data.
