Moyamoya disease

Interventions

Propofol group:received target controlled infusion of propofol Cp 2~3 µg/ml, After opening the dura, it was reduced to 3-5 µg·kg-1·h-1 and anesthesia was maintained
Sevoflurane group:Inhalation of sevoflurane maintained anesthesia, maintaining end-expiratory sevoflurane concentrations of 2.5-3.5% and 2.0-2.5% after opening the dural membrane

18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ischemic moyamoya disease who underwent superficial temporal artery - middle cerebral artery branch anastomosis for the first time; 2. Age 18-64 years old; 3.ASA Grade II or III; 4.BMI18.5~28.0kg/m^2; 5 SuZuki stage >=3 stages; 6. Junior high school or above; 7. Preoperative MMSE score >24 points; 8. Gender is not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal liver, kidney and coagulation function;2. Anemia;3. Serious heart valve and peripheral vascular diseases;4. Arrhythmia.
