Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: =18 years old and < 85 years old; 2, shoulder joint pain, shoulder joint active movement, strength and function limitation for more than 6 months and conservative treatment for 2 months still has no significant effect; 3. Physical condition permits shoulder arthroscopic surgery; 4. There was scapular dynamic disorder, and preoperative MRI results diagnosed rotator cuff tear, requiring rotator cuff repair; 5. Voluntarily sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous shoulder joint surgery; 2, there are significant complications affecting limb control, such as brachial plexus injury, Parkinson's disease, etc. 3. Irreparable tear or intraoperative tear not found and not repaired; 5. Bankart lesions, severe glenohumeral arthritis, adhesive arthritis and other shoulder joint diseases; 6. Unwilling/unable to complete the study follow-up or incomplete follow-up data;
