18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged between 18-75 years old, regardless of gender; 2) Low-risk exercisers with coronary artery disease, or Moderate-risk exercisers with coronary artery disease after central based cardiac rehabilitation based on X-CircuiT training 3-6 times; 3) There is objective evidence to diagnose coronary heart disease(Coronary angiography indicates =50% stenosis of at least one coronary artery, or coronary CTA indicates moderate or severe stenosis of at least one coronary artery), or history of myocardial infarction, or history of PCI or CABG; 4) Education level must be primary school education or above, able to complete X-CircuiT training under the guidance of books or video or cellphone application; 5) Participated in this study voluntarily and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patients was in an unstable stage of myocardio infatction(Myocardial infarction within 2 weeks); 2) The patients with elevated markers of myocardial injury(Include CK-MB or TnI or TnT); 3) The patients with decompensated or acute heart failure, EF<40%; 4) Angina occurs at rest or at low exercise intensity(< 5.0 metabolic equivalent); 5) Severe arrhythmias at rest, during exercise, and after exercise termination(Such as frequent ventricular premature beats, ventricular tachycardia, ventricular flutter or fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation with rapid ventricular rate, severe bradycardia, or severe atrioventricular block) 6) History of pacemaker or ICD or CRT implantion; 7) Suffering from severe mental illness; 8) Suffering from other serious illnesses(severe pneumonia, cerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, severe liver and renal failure, severe anemia, etc) 9) A serious medical condition that concomitates with limited motor testing and training(Such as sequelae of stroke, lumbar spinal stenosis, severe degenerative knee osteoarthritis); 10) Serious diseases with a life expectancy of less than one year(Such as malignant tumor );
