Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Working individuals aged 18-55. 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and have a subjective fatigue score of =35 on the Checklist Individual Strength (CIS) questionnaire. 3) No history of cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, liver disease, thyroid disorders (hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism), or cancer. 4) No significant weight changes (within ±3 kg) in the two months prior to participating in the study. 5) No intake of any dietary supplements in the two months prior to participating in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Currently pregnant or breastfeeding. 2) Intolerance or allergy to any substances in the study products. 3) Inability to clearly articulate complaints, significant abnormalities in mental state, consciousness disorders, or cognitive impairments that affect the accuracy of questionnaire responses. 4) History of heavy drinking, drug abuse, or substance abuse.
