Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) the first diagnosis within 24 hours after admission is that CAP, CAP meets the diagnostic criteria of China Adult Community acquired pneumonia diagnosis and treatment guidelines (2016 version). 2) Age = 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 The patient was diagnosed with severe respiratory dysfunction before the onset of CAP, such as ARDS, acute respiratory failure, severe pulmonary edema and so on. 2 transfer from other departments to general ICU or respiratory department during hospitalization. 3 The length of stay is less than 24 hours. 4 The clinical data are not perfect. 5 pregnant patients.
