Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria included patients aged 18 to 65 years with American Society of anesthesologists (ASA)classifications I and II undergoing elective supportive laryngoscopic vocal cord mass resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include a history of esketamine or ketamine allergy, a history of mental disorders, a serious risk of elevated blood pressure or intracranial pressure, untreated or poorly controlled hypertension, glaucoma, hyperthyroidism, ischemic heart disease or arrhythmia, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, pregnancy or lactation.
