Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a clinical diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy or non-diabetic chronic kidney disease who underwent renal biopsy, or who met the criteria for total nephrectomy, 2. aged 18-80 years, 3 voluntarily enrolled and cooperated with the study, sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. complicated with severe cardiovascular, hepatic or pulmonary diseases, 2. severe Coagulopathy, 3. severe mental disorders, 4. history of exposure to toxic substances.
