Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (i) aged 18 and above; (ii) diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus by a physician of attending grade or above in a hospital of grade 2 or above; (iii) voluntarily attending the city's community health service centers (hereinafter referred to as SWH) and establishing a diabetes file; and (iv) completing a diabetes physical examination at a SWH facility during the period of Jan. 1, 2023, to Dec. 31, 2023.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Gestational diabetes mellitus; ? patients with malignant tumors and other consumptive diseases; ? patients using hormone therapy; ? patients with incomplete diabetes documentation and physical examination data
