Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 75 years old; 2. severe pelvic organ prolapse, ineffective conservative treatment, proposed laparoscopic sacral bone fixation surgery; 3. ASA grade I-II; 4. No clear contraindication to laparoscopic surgery; 5. Signed informed consent.Note: All 5 of these items need to be met in order to be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. combined malignant tumour; 2. fasting blood glucose >11.1 mmol/L, blood pressure >160/100 mmHg, hepatic and renal insufficiency, psychiatric disease; 3. contraindication to laparoscopic surgery; 4. contraindication to NSAIDs; 5. refusal to sign informed consent. Note: All patients who met one of these criteria were excluded.
