Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with MHD complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis; (2) Age= 18 years old; (3) The patient is expected to undergo hemodialysis treatment for more than 6 months; (4) Those who are clearly conscious, able to communicate, and able to complete the questionnaire with assistance; (5) Patients have informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have a history of mental illness, severe organic mental disorder, personality disorder, etc., and are unable to communicate; (2) Previous diagnosis of anxiety, depression and other diseases; (3) Those who are currently receiving relevant psychotherapy and anti-anxiety and depression medications; (4) Those who are participating in other clinical studies; (5) Those who do not know their disease.
